Classrooms
Classrooms are located at ground level and are handicapped accessible. All classrooms are carpeted.
Classroom Rates
UC Davis affiliates
$132 per four-hour block
There is no set-up fee.
Non-affiliates
$40 per hour
Rooms will be ready 1/2 hour before reserved time and should be vacated within 30 minutes after the reserved time. If additional time is needed to set up or take down displays or equipment, there may be an additional fee. These special arrangements should be discussed with the facility reservation manager at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled use or there may be a cancellation fee equal to the first day's rent.

Telecommunications
There is a data/modem line in every classroom that is always activated. There is a phone (local calls only) located in each room.
If a non-restricted voice line is needed, make your request to at least three weeks before the scheduled use. You will be charged the prevailing IT rate for activation, deactivation and toll charges.
