UC Davis Extension occupies approximately 20,000 square feet at Sutter Square Galleria. There are 14 classrooms and one fully equipped computer lab available for rent.

Main Office

The office is located on the second floor, suite 204. There is a Fax machine and a copier (.10/copy) in the office.

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m., noon - 8 p.m.
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m., noon - 4 p.m.
Closed on Sunday.

Parking

The parking fee for students is 75 cents per hour with validation. Students can validate their parking tickets in the lobby of room 200 A/B. Tokens are also available in packs of 5 for $15 or 10 for $30 in the office (room 204). Tokens valid for a full day can be purchased for $3 from a machine in the lobby of room 200 A/B. Please note: tokens can only be used at the 30th Street exit.

All parking fees are subject to change.

Please note: Vehicle height is limited to 6 feet, 10 inches. If the lot is full, parking is available the Sutter General Hospital parking lot on 29th Street between K and L streets. UC Davis Extension parking validation is not accepted in this lot.

Security

There is a security person on the premises during the following hours: Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

All security personnel wear uniforms and carry cell phones. If you have any concerns or questions, contact the Galleria staff in the main office (room 204). The Galleria staff can page security if necessary. Galleria security people are available to escort anyone to the Galleria parking lot. Arrangements for escort should be made through the main office at least 30 minutes in advance.

Copying Service

There is a copy machine in the lobby of the main office (room 204). You may make copies for 10 cents each. (Prices subject to change.)

Coffee and Food Services

If you plan to have catering services at the Galleria you will need to provide proof of insurance. Please contact us at (916) 327-7072 for more information on catering.

Lost and Found

Check with personnel in the main office for lost items.
