Classrooms

Classrooms are located on the second and third floors and are handicap accessible. All rooms are equipped with a computer, data projector, easel, whiteboard and screen. Other AV equipment is available upon request.

Rates (Classrooms)

UC Davis affiliates

$160 per four-hour block

Non-affiliates

$180 per four-hour block

Rooms will be ready l/2 hour before reserved time and should be vacated within 15 minutes of the ending time. If additional time is needed to set up or take down displays or equipment, there may be an additional fee. Rates are subject to change. These special arrangements should be discussed with the facility reservation manager at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations

You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours or more in advance or there may be a charge equal to the first day's rent.

Telecommunications

The data lines are always active. Voice lines in the classrooms can be activated upon request. Request for activation of a modem/phone must be made at the time of your reservation.
