Classrooms

Classrooms are located on the second and third floors. All classrooms are carpeted except room 205. All rooms are equipped with an easel, whiteboard, screen, TV monitor and VCR.

Computer Labs

There is one fully equipped computer (PC) lab, located on the second floor. The lab has 24 student computers and an instructor computer, easel and ceiling-mounted data projector.

Rooms 200A and 200B are rented as two separate rooms. Rooms will be ready l/2 hour before reserved time and should be vacated within 15 minutes of the ending time. If additional time is needed to set up or take down displays or equipment, there may be an additional charge. Rates are subject to change.

Computer Lab rates include the installation of software and support for your class. The price does not include the cost of new software. Allow at least two weeks lead time for installation of software. Rates are subject to change.

Cancellations

You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours or more in advance or there may be a charge equal to the first day's rent.

Telecommunications

Public pay phones are located on the first floor by Java City.

The data lines are always active. Voice lines in the classrooms can be activated upon request. Request for activation of a modem/phone must be made at the time of your reservation.
