An official transcript of your UC Davis Extension coursework is available upon completion and grading of each course (UC Davis students and graduates see below.)

Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Transcripts are sent via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow time for delivery.
Standard Processing
Standard processing is $10 per transcript. Standard orders are processed and mailed five to seven business days after receipt of your transcript order form and payment.
Rush Processing
Rush processing is $20 per transcript. Rush orders are processed and mailed one business day after receipt of your transcript order form and payment.
Pending Grades
If you have a grade pending we can hold your transcript until the grade has been received or we can process your transcript with an in-progress grade. Please indicate your preference when ordering your transcript.
Note to UC Davis students and graduates
If you attended (either as a matriculated student or as part of Summer Sessions) or received a degree from UC Davis and want to order a transcript, please contact the UC Davis Office of the University Registrar at (530) 752-2987 or visit their website at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/transcripts.html.
