Applied Sensory Science and Consumer Testing Certificate Program Application

In order to be considered for the Applied Sensory Science and Consumer Testing Certificate Program, you must complete the short application describing your current employment, educational background and previous college level science courses (at least an introductory statistics class is required for admission to the certificate). If your application is approved, and upon enrollment in your first course, you will be asked to make a one-time, non-refundable certificate fee payment of $75.

In order to participate in the Applied Sensory Science and Consumer Testing Certificate Program, your computer must meet the following requirements:
Operating system: A minimum of Windows 95/98 or higher. A sound card is recommended.
Software and Browsers: Microsoft Word and Excel. Netscape Communicator 6.1 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
Internet connection and email: We recommend an Internet connection account with an ISDN, DSL, Cable modem or higher connection speed. You will need a current email account.

(Please note: Although we expect most applicants will be employed in sensory science, current or prior employment is not a requirement for admission.)

If you have taken other courses in sensory science (either short courses or semester-length), please include that information as well.
