Professional Brewers Certificate Program
This certificate program is designed to provide university-approved qualification for individuals who want to enter the brewing industry, as well as brewery personnel with no formal scientific training who want to advance their careers.
The 2010 and 2011 brewing programs are now full, but we encourage you to submit an application for placement on the waiting list.
