Instructor(s):

Marcia Whiting, M.S., senior claims examiner with Schools Insurance Authority, has more than 20 years of experience in California workers' compensation, vocational rehabilitation and disability management. She has worked with numerous employers in implementing return to work policies and has extensive experience in legal compliance and coordination of employee disability benefits. Whiting also has a Self-Insurance Administrators certificate from the Division of Workers' Compensation.
