Prerequisite:

Recommended prerequisite: General manufacturing operations, engineering, environmental management experience, or buildings facilities management experience.

Instructor(s):

Robert Bremault, P.Eng., M.B.A., has more than 23 years of combined experience in energy and water resource management. He currently directs rates and pricing strategy and manages the regulatory process in the western region for American Water, the nation’s largest private water and wastewater utility. His background also includes managing a team of account executives and energy advisors serving the governmental and private commercial sector of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD). Bremault was a key participant in SMUD’s efforts during the initial stages of restructuring and deregulation in California, specifically the implementation of the first retail electric direct access program in the state. He has advised utility and public policy makers in North America and Europe.
