Self Study on Managing Project Risks
Gain the knowledge to develop and plan the risk management aspects of your projects. Through audio PowerPoint lessons and self-assessment quizzes, learn processes for identifying, analyzing, planning for and responding to project risks and opportunities. Whether you need to earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) or need a refresher course on project risk management, this course will help you discover how to perform risk analyses and quantify probability and consequences.
Acquire a thorough understanding of how to maximize the probability and consequences of positive events and minimize the probability and consequences of adverse events to your project objectives. Learn to plan mitigation and contingency measures and iteratively manage outcomes to their successful conclusions.

Students who have achieved the PMP certification or have extensive project management experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) as defined by the Project Management Institute.
