Introduction to Labor-Management Relations


Improve your understanding of current developments and best practices in labor relations. Explore the legal framework for collective negotiations in both the private and public sectors. Instructor(s):

Steve Crouch has more than 25 years of experience in labor relations and contract negotiations. He is currently a district representative for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers and Local 39 where he represents state, county, city, court, special district and private-sector workers. Crouch’s prior work includes being a senior labor-relations representative and chief negotiator with the California State Employees Association, a union steward, bargaining team member, chief negotiator and president of the United Auto Workers Local 2350.
