Program Evaluation

Continued fiscal constraints, along with growing concerns about accountability, have heightened the pressure on state actors to generate evaluation data to demonstrate program outcomes. Examine the concepts, tools and skills needed to evaluate public programs. Emphasis is given to applications in health and social services.
