About our Programs
Education
Our mission is to provide the highest quality education programs that blend research, policy and practice, along with exceptional service to our students, instructors and partners. Our seminars, academic courses and certificate programs support the professional development needs of teachers, counselors, specialists and school leaders in the education community. Most courses are held in Sacramento or online, and are conveniently scheduled for busy working professionals. All academic courses are reviewed and approved by the appropriate UC Davis school or college—your assurance of quality content and pedagogy.

All programs are also available for delivery on-site, and can be customized to create alignment with your own professional develop goals and activities. In addition, UC Davis Extension is pleased to partner with districts, counties and other training providers to collaboratively develop new programs and to assist with credit services to recognize the time and intellectual investment of your participants in your own high quality, rigorous programs.
