Integrating Safety and Organizational Cultures for Meaningful Change

Transform your health and safety plan from a compliance-driven program to a safety culture that drives organizational success. You will start by examining the business need and perspective for a safety program. You will then discuss ways of creating infrastructure and influence in that process. This is an integrated experience that focuses on organizational culture, influencing change and building a sustainable safety culture that involves case studies, workshops, lectures and discussions. This advanced course is designed for Workplace Health and Safety Certificate Program graduates and industry professionals, or can be used as an elective for students near completion of the Workplace Health and Safety Certificate Program.
