July 8-August 4, 2012
This popular program provides an excellent overview of the U.S. legal system. Over the past 22 years, more than 2,000 participants from 50 countries have taken part in this program. Enroll by June 1 to qualify for the early enrollment discount.

Structuring an International Joint Venture
August 6-17, 2012
Legal and business professionals who wish to learn about complex international and U.S. business and legal transactions will acquire the practical skills needed to represent their clients in international joint ventures.

The Fifteenth Annual International Commercial Law Seminar in Cologne, Germany
June 18-29, 2012
Now in its fifteenth year, the International Commercial Law Seminar is a joint collaboration between the University of California, the University of Cologne and the German Bar Association (DAV). The program will be offered for two weeks in June 2012. Enroll by April 15 for the early enrollment discount.

Licensing Academy
June 3-15, 2012
The Licensing Academy on Intellectual Property and Technology Commercialization provides international lawyers, technology managers and scientific professionals with strategies and tactics for managing intellectual property.

Wine Law Conference
Spring 2013
A two-and-a-half day symposium to provide wine, commercial law, agriculture and economics professionals from wine-producing regions around the world with an opportunity to explore the history, impacts and future of wine appellation laws.
