Presented by the faculties of law of the University of Cologne, University of California, Davis and private practitioners, in cooperation with the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the Arbitration Documentation and Information Center (ADIC) and the German Bar Association (DAV).

Recent volatility in many sectors of the global economy has created uncertainty in worldwide financial markets and other areas of international commerce. International attorneys are faced with numerous challenges and issues requiring dispute resolution skills. Join attorneys from around the globe for this two-week intensive seminar that will provide you with new perspectives and tools for resolving disputes in today's financial environment. Certificates and credit

  • The seminar qualifies for continuing legal education (CLE) credit in New York and California.
  • All participants will receive a certificate of attendance if they attend class regularly. Participants who wish to take the course for credit can request an official transcript upon successful completion of course requirements and a final exam.
  • Academic credit from any of these programs may be applied toward the part-time summer International Commercial Law LL.M. and/or the Licentiate in International Transactions Involving the United States.

Fees*

Application fee (non-refundable): $150 U.S.
Academic tuition: $2,750 U.S.
Course materials: $100 U.S.

Enroll by April 15, 2009 and receive a $100 discount. We strongly recommend enrolling and confirming travel and hotel reservations as soon as possible.
