Highlights

New Center for Sustainable Communities Research

UC Davis Extension's Land Use and Natural Resources is proud to be a founding partner in the recently launched California Center for Sustainable Communities. This UC-wide center will bring together academics, policy-makers and practitioners from across the state to address California's most pressing sustainability challenges. UC Davis Extension's participation will be led by Jeff Loux, Ph.D. The Center is located at UCLA and is directed by Stephanie Pincetl, Ph.D. Funding for the project is provided by the California Energy Commission Public Interest Energy Research program. Wetlands Regulation and Mitigation
