Delivery Based Estimating

Compare and contrast the various project delivery methods currently in use and explore the differences in approach that should be taken by an estimator.  Delivery methods discussed include design/bid/build, design/build, construction manager at risk, and construction manager owners agent. Taking these differences into consideration, you will explore: lean project delivery, green and sustainable considerations, ethics, partnering, risk management and value engineering when developing estimates in each delivery format.
