This intermediate-level class presents dozens of white and red wine reference standards to enable you to build your wine descriptive abilities and quickly expand your wine tasting sensitivity and vocabulary.
Introduction to Wine and Winemaking
Learn about topics such as fundamentals of the winemaking process, wine and health issues, interpreting a wine label, basic wine tasting and the history of wine. Lectures are provided by faculty in the UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology.
