Youth Programs

Spend your summer exploring and learning with students from around the world. The Center for International Programs at the University of California, Davis, a leader in interdisciplinary study, has designed these unique and fun programs specifically for students under the age of 18. These programs provide youth with an attentive and enriching educational experience in a truly distinctive setting. All instruction is in English.

Among the highlights of these programs, we offer a variety of academic field trips and cultural activities that help young students experience the best of Northern California.

Summer Youth Programs for Individual Students

Students may enroll in three distinct programs to expand their knowledge of English language and culture (for non-native English speakers), science and technology, and college preparation.

Each program helps increase student confidence and self-reliance. Activities on the UC Davis campus, as well as program-specific field trips, are integrated into the educational experience.

Customized Youth Programs and Summer Camps for School Groups

If you are a school or youth organization interested in bringing a group of students to the UC Davis campus, we can create a custom program or summer camp experience to meet your students' needs. By connecting with the expertise of UC Davis Extension, you take advantage of our breadth of academic programs. Academic field trips and cultural activities help young students experience the best of UC Davis and Northern California.

Housing

The Youth Programs do not include housing, so please let us know if you need housing assistance. The Center for International Education Housing office can help you arrange housing.
