Designed specifically to assist Human Resource professionals and operational managers, this course will show you how to give effective performance appraisals and motivate employees to achieve higher productivity. Special emphasis will be placed on how to prepare for and conduct objective, comprehensive and defensible performance appraisals. Students will share experiences and participate in various exercises to ensure complete understanding of how to obtain the best possible performance from their staff.
