In order to effectively manage and execute their plans, business analysts must effectively gather and manage stakeholder information and requirements to facilitate analysis and design a solution. In this online course, organizational changemakers will learn how to apply the various tools and techniques to support the elicitation and management of requirements. Through interactive web meeting lecture sessions and real-world assignments and case studies, students will use these tools and techniques to plan and prepare for gathering sessions, and organize and manage these requirements throughout the development of a solution. At the end of this course, participants will be able to plan and execute a requirement elicitation in their workplace and utilize this information to create a strategy matrix to manage changing requirements toward the development of a business solution.
