Revised New Designing and Delivering Effective Training

Learn how to design, develop, and deliver workplace training programs and use a wide range of instructional methods in this course. Explore various approaches to instruction, including participatory techniques, tips for engaging your audience through facilitated discussion and small group activities. Topics include adult learning principles, assessing audience needs, course development, instructional methods, presentation techniques and evaluation feedback.


Paula Driver Shimada

has been involved in all aspects of training/teaching for the last 30 years. Her wide-ranging curriculum has included New Employee Orientation, Performance Management and Religious Diversity. She has even taught English in Japan for four years. Past students have given her high praise for presenting both theory and knowledge, solidified by practical examples and exercises.
