Industrial Safety Hazard Control

Expand your understanding of industrial safety hazard control by learning to identify and assess hazards in the workplace. Learn to recognize priority hazards as well as strategies for removing them. Discover how to use regulations as tools to identify and control hazards. Examine case studies and learn from the field, then brainstorm potential solutions to real-life problems.

This is a required course for the Workplace Health and Safety Manager Certificate Program.

Instructor(s)

Alan Larson, M.S., CSP, is a Certified Safety Professional with more than 30 years of professional experience in general industry construction, safety and risk management. As a safety consultant he provides services internationally to construction, manufacturing, brokerage and insurance industry clients.
