Michael Smith, M.A.,

is a principal with Enercon, an architectural engineering, environmental, technical and management services firm. He is a nationally recognized leader in NEPA and CEQA compliance with more than 20 years of experience in project and program management, technical analysis, policy development and training and education for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Smith is a member of the California Association of Environmental Professionals Board of Directors and  a past recipient of a Science & Technology Policy Fellowship with the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
