Tasting Room Design and Management
This is an online, remote learning course, which consists of content and curriculum that is taught with pre-recorded and real time lectures, in addition to a real-time Q&A session with the instructors. Pre-recorded lectures and live sessions are accessed via our Canvas learning system and Zoom. The class will be held in real time March 5, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PST. By enrolling in the course you agree to being recorded for the purposes of instruction. Refund deadline less a $30.00 processing fee is February 27, 2024. Details regarding login information will be emailed out 48 hours prior to the course start date.
Enrolled students may view the recording of the course for 14 days after the class is held.
Prior to your class start date, please navigate to http://cpeonline.ucdavis.edu. Enter your email address associated with your CPE student account and then use the “Forgot Password” link to initiate an email for password setup. This email can take from 15 to 30 minutes to arrive. Please check your junk folder for it as well. Save this password somewhere safe. You will use it for this and any future CPE courses to log into the online classroom space we call Canvas. *PLEASE NOTE* Your course will NOT appear on your Canvas dashboard until the FIRST SCHEDULED DAY of class, unless otherwise specified.
