Gain a solid foundation in the principles of environmental management and sustainability. Discuss the main elements of environmental management, including "ISO 14001 Guidelines," program design and execution, gaining leadership and organizational participation, stakeholder involvement and performance assessment. Explore sustainability standards, such as the UL Interim Sustainability Requirements 880, and management of environmental elements, including water conservation, energy conservation and greenhouse gas reduction. This course benefits environmental managers, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professionals, regulators, managers and executives with environmental responsibilities.

This is a required course for the Environmental Management for Industry and Facilities Professional Concentration.
