The Rise and Fall of Apartheid in South Africa

Presented by a native South African, this lecture series will provide an in-depth view of the historical and political events leading to apartheid in South Africa: what it was like for black and white South Africans to live under that regime, the peaceful overthrow of the apartheid government under Nelson Mandela and the legacy of the anti-apartheid movement in that country today.
